Mike Ensweiler is a Principal at ALM First Financial Advisors, joining the firm in 2009. Mike leads the sales team where he develops the firm’s sales and growth strategies. In addition to sales, Mike manages all areas of marketing and client relations for the firm. He has an extensive financial services background, with success in helping financial institutions increase their productivity and strengthen their bottom lines.

As an “industry insider” with first-hand knowledge of financial institution operations, Mike uses his relationship management skills, along with his proficiency in asset liability management and balance sheet strategies, to identify appropriate solutions for prospective financial institutions 

Mike began his financial services career in 1992 and has progressively moved up the ranks to hold senior positions. His experience includes serving on the Senior Management Team at Minnesota Corporate FCU and Mid-States Corporate.
